Are You Leading a Trip or Activity?

Click on the links below to view and print Sidetrackers activity write-up forms, sign-up sheets, and non-member liability waivers. Now it's easier than ever to arrive at monthly meetings or club planning sessions with your activity materials ready to go.

l Scheduling a New Trip.
 Use the Activity Write-Up Sheet below to document your plan or interest as a leader and submit to Club leaders.  Or you can attend one of our quarterly planning meetings.

l Before Departing On Your Trip.
 Remember to visit the Links page and check the forecast weather conditions for your trip.

l Changes to Your Trip.
You can broadcast trip changes to the email-enabled membership who are registered for your trip on our Meetup system.

l On the Day of Your Trip.
You must have liability waivers for your non-member participants, and you must know who in your group is not currently a member of Sidetrackers.

l When You Return From Your Trip.
 Post photos to our Meetup site and/or our Facebook page.  Currently Meetup is the most popular place to post Sidetrackers trip and event photos.
